Making a house a home
Home assessment: We begin by assessing your home, making note of any repair needs. We will repair as needed and also find the route of any major issues.
Surface Preparation: To ensure a long-lasting finish the following steps are taken; power washing, scraping off loose paint, caulking cracks and sanding rough areas. Then we mask/cover all areas not to be painted.
Priming/Painting: Promoting proper adhesion/durability we apply a high-quality primer. Then we apply the chosen finish colors using professional techniques and attention to detail. Spraying and roller/brush applications are used depending on material or scope of work
Touch-Ups/Clean-up: Upon finishing, we conduct a thorough inspection touching-up needed areas. Then clean-up work areas thoroughly leaving them seemingly untouched.
Final Walkthrough: In order to ensure customer satisfaction we may walk through the project to address any questions or concerns.
